On March 11, 2025, we had the privilege of welcoming Associate Professor Dr. Thilde Bech Bruun from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, who is currently a Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Environment, Kasetsart University. She shared her expertise in the seminar titled “Environmental Effects of Land Use: Examples of Research from Southeast Asia and Denmark.”

The event was held in Room 401, 4th Floor, Department of Environmental Technology and Management and attracted a great deal of interest from students and faculty members. Attendees engaged in insightful discussions and interactive Q&A sessions in an open and knowledge-rich atmosphere.

Associate Professor Dr. Thilde Bech Bruun Dr. Bruun is a dedicated researcher focusing on the environmental impacts of land use changes. She specializes in natural resource management, food security, and climate change adaptation, particularly in the Global South, including Southeast Asia.
